Allied Glass & Mirror Co

Very ill mannered service. Was not kept up to date on order, had to keep calling myself for any information. Customer service is almost nonexistent; being hung up on or never getting a call back after being told they would. Finally received the order weeks later, installation was completed and trash was left all over. Quick to charge that same day, but forget getting actual good service or cleanliness.

Honestly, the work was fine. But if you want to be treated like a piece of trash by the ancient front desk ladies then bring your car here for repairs. These 70+ year old ladies have the audacity to treat customers like garbage and obviously seem to have no consequences for their actions. I should’ve listened to all the one star reviews before I even brought my truck here

At first, they were very quick to send workers out to measure my project. Since then, I followed up at least three times to request a quote for the job, which I never got a response on.

I was just on the one phone with one of the employees talking about getting a chip filled in and it's $65 for the first and $15 for the second. I told them that Lake City Glass was $55 for one and $10 for an extra and I would probably wait untill they were open again (they were closed for the weekend). The lady then interrupted me and hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I was hoping to get it done today and was considering going over but never got a chance to make up my mind for sure until she hung up on me. If you need a chip filled in on your windshield head over to Lake City Glass it's a lot cheaper and they seemed a lot nicer.

I had so many business with them before with windshield replacement done at least 2-3times with different vehicles and commercial door closure replacement done at least 3times in the past. So i am their regular customer. But, here is how they treat me. I called them to get the door frame fixed. I called them and was promised to have some one will call me back. No one called me. So I called back a week later to make sure they know i am still waiting. I had to called them few more times for them to show up. It actually took 2 weeks to have them to come. They took a peak on the door and told me they were leaving but i will get the estimate later. Guess what? They never called back or come back or anything. If you don’t wanna work. Just say it in first place. Don’t waste anyone’s time. So disgusting and dishonest company.
